But you\u2019re here now, so let\u2019s talk about the real truth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c There Is No &#8220;Best&#8221; Type of Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The internet is filled with loud opinions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cJust lift bro.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cOh running is cool, what are you training for the zombie apocalypse? (may be a good idea actually).\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cIf you want a sick core do Pilates.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cIf you\u2019re not doing [insert trend here], you\u2019re missing out.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>*I&#8217;m not bashing all these great forms of exercise. In fact, that&#8217;s the exact point I&#8217;m making, they are all amazing for their own reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the reality as a physical therapist and performance coach: <strong>there is no one-size-fits-all \u201cright\u201d way to train.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cperfect\u201d workout is the one that aligns with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your <strong>goals<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>lifestyle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your <strong>injury history<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And most importantly\u2014your <strong>enjoyment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2705 All Movement Is Good Movement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Strength training, boxing, running, Pilates, yoga, CrossFit, hiking, dancing&#8230; they all offer something valuable.<br>What matters is <strong>consistency<\/strong>, <strong>progression<\/strong>, and <strong>variety<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Want to build muscle? Train for strength.<br>Want to move better? Work on mobility and control.<br>Want to feel good and live long? Mix it all up.<br>Want to prevent burnout or injury?
